The Brick: The iconic 'brick' is a portable kitchen that the club tows to various sites to prepare and serve food from. The 'brick' was built by members and is fully equipped with a gas BBQ, hot water urn and power. The 'brick' is essential to the club in connection with revenue raising.
The Wide Bay Australia Bundy Thunder”is Queensland’s biggest power boat race, the event runs over 3 days This year will be the 10th year and atrracts the fastest boats from all over Australia. The club assits the Rotary club of Wests in gate keeping, parking and marshalling of areas. The Bundy Thunder is scheduled for November 7-10 2009.
Bundaberg Swap Meet is presented by the Rotary Clubs of Bundaberg East and Bargara. Ther Annual event is the clubs main revenue raiser, featuring vintage cars and motorcycles. Working antique machinery will be on display. Find treasure, grab a bargain, make extra cash and help support local charities, all by being involved in the annual Bundy Swap Meet and Fair. If you have things that you no longer use or need, then become a stall holder. If you love a bargain come along and track down lost treasure. There will be food and drink stalls available as well as live musical entertainment and a good day out is assured.
The Agro TrendThe club assists the Rotary Club of Bundaberg, at the annual Agro Trend associated with rural and primary industry's.For three days in May, organisations to promote products and services to a dedicated agricultural and horticultural audience drawn principally from the Wide-Bay Burnett, but also to visitors from around the nation and overseas. The Bargara club assists in gate keeping.
